A four-storey, A-grade commercial building, certified – 4.5 NABERS star rating houses three government agencies. Performance glazing, mechanical services and energy efficient lighting helped accomplish this rating.
Delivering technology-infused infrastructure including complex audiovisual features embedded in training, conference and tribunal rooms, with soundproofing and audio loop technology installed in the Juvenile Justice offices.
The Queanbeyan Government Offices project was adjoined to the Queanbeyan Showground. Works were scheduled around major events at the showground. RCC was a major sponsor of community events held there as our initiation to support the local community.
