Setting new standards for sustainability
This state-of-the-art 28-storey commercial tower and retail space is Parramatta’s first A-Grade Commercial building to achieve a 6-Star Green Star Design and As-Built rating, as well as Carbon Neutral certification.
Supporting Parramatta’s Smart City Vision, it features a fully integrated building technology platform, ‘urban room’ event space, terrace and sky deck. Sophisticated 6D BIM and building data visualisation achieved the design intent. This included delivering a combination of cold and warm shell fitouts to meet the unique needs of each tenant, as well as improving the public domain by incorporating two new laneway links.
Collaboration with surrounding businesses, including an operational childcare centre, mitigated potential disruptions and ensured early access delivery milestones were met.
"RCC led customer relations with surrounding sensitive stakeholders, including engaging with the local childcare centre located in a high-risk zone adjacent to the construction site.
