Positioned at a major gateway to the University of Sydney campus, the LEES Building heralds a new era of research and innovation. Certified – Silver University of Sydney sustainability framework.
Spanning 10,000sqm, this building features state-of-the-art teaching, research and faculty amenities. Also housing three ‘superlabs,’ dry workspaces and research spaces, this purpose-built infrastructure connects with the existing F07 Carslaw Building – enabling egress, shared common spaces and facilities.
Delivered in a live university environment, advanced sequencing was crucial to develop the brownfield site. Construction occurred within and adjacent to historically significant protected tree zoning, while anticipating future integration with the Carslaw Building to the North.
