We’re proud to announce that one of our Senior Project Managers, Tanya McErlean has been selected to participate in the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property program.
500 Women in Property is an initiative of the Property Council’s diversity committees which involves members of the Property Council making a commitment to champion women in their organisation and provide them with further networking and professional development opportunities. The target is to sponsor 500 Women in Property each year. The success of this program relies on the personal commitment of the sponsors to build diversity and gender equity across our industry. This includes working together to provide equal opportunity for women, particularly in senior leadership roles to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Tanya started at RCC in 1994 as a graduate cadet, moving through contracts administration ranks to her current role as one of RCC’s most respected Senior Project Managers.
“I have a strong connection to and passion for the construction industry… my experiences has taught me the true meaning of leadership which I am keen to progress further and be a positive mentor for others entering the industry”
Congratulations Tanya; you are a valuable member of the RCC family and the industry and your passion and commitment to your projects, teams and giving back to the industry and wider community is something everyone here at RCC is proud of.
