The project generally comprises the demolition of the existing office building, which consists of a ground floor, levels 1 –L13, mezzanine floor to L14, rooftop plant room, and two storeys of basement car park. Construction of a new mixed use apartment building comprising 6 basement levels, 1 ground retail level containing 1 tenancy, and the construction of a 23 storey structure (plus plant room level, roof and 5 levels of basement), which will be a mixed use development of residential units, a retail units and serviced apartment units as follows;
