During this time we have been involved in the design and construction of 1,300 apartment buildings in 20 residential stages using a Design and Construct and GMP Lump Sum contract delivery. With a one team approach from the onset, our Early Contractor Involvement allowed us to mitigate risks, assist in design, provide innovations and resolve any buildability issues.
RCC worked within a fully operating site, managed traffic, and minimised noise and disruptions to the surrounding Breakfast Point community.
