2018 RCC Cadet ‘Step Up’ Award Winner

Congratulations to Olivia Rorke, winner of the 2018 RCC Cadet ‘Step Up’ Award.

The Cadet ‘Step Up’ Award promotes employee contribution and gives the lucky winner an invaluable opportunity to secure one-on-one mentoring with a member of the RCC Executive Team. Olivia’s hard work on her research paper into ‘Corporate Social Responsibility in the Construction Industry’ has earned her personal mentoring with our CEO, George Bardas.

George is looking forward to the opportunity to help Olivia shape her career within the industry they both love.
